Mother, Community Activist & Change Agent

A woman destined for greatness through her eyes and everyone she encounters. Oresa Napper-Williams affectionately known as “Reese”.  The Executive Director and Visionary of Not Another Child Inc. (NAC), an advocacy organization which  is continuing to impact communities of color to combat gun violence and support the grieving families. Reese’s life mission is to hand hold as many families as she can to help them through the process she calls “Good Grief”.

August 7, 2006 Reese’s world came to a screeching halt when her son Andrell Napper was innocently gunned down and she was forced to deal with a new reality. Although the pain seemed unbearable Reese knew she had to be a voice and activist to counteract these ongoing travesties and that our youth in communities of color face every day.  With an extensive portfolio of signature community events such as the Annual King Ron Playing for Change Tournament and Change Makers Gala. Reese also implemented and organized the first Value Life Peace March in 2009.

Reese has used her life and her experiences and packaged them to be a change maker for the bleeding hearts from gun violence.  An extensive portfolio which includes direct family support community Reese holds countless titles such as a grief counselor, author, wife, and grand mom also known as (Glammy). She is heavily involved with a strategic partnership with the White House to stop gun violence nationwide and host NAC’s signature events.

Reese continues to lend her support in the community but she is devoted to her faith and her local church The Love Fellowship Tabernacle, Brooklyn NY.  With a first soprano voice and her love for God and singing Reese is sprinkling a little bit of hope to every she meets while carrying the torch to end gun violence.
