The annual Times Square Takeover once again transformed one of the world's most recognizable landmarks into a powerful memorial.

The faces and names of those lost to gun violence illuminated the digital billboards of Times Square, ensuring their stories were seen by thousands. Families stood together in remembrance, advocates raised their voices, and supporters reaffirmed their commitment to creating safer communities.

It served as a powerful reminder that every life mattered and that every name represented a family forever changed.

Although Gun Violence Awareness Month came to an end, the mission did not. The conversations sparked, the lives honored, and the connections formed throughout the month strengthened a movement that continues every day.

Together, we honored the past, supported one another in the present, and renewed our commitment to building a future where Not Another Child is lost to gun violence.
